Do You Mean Business?

Discover Our Story

We Mean Business was founded from lived experience. After spending more than seven years building and managing a business, our founder experienced the reality many entrepreneurs know all too well—burnout. Without the systems, support, and structure needed for sustainable growth, running a business became overwhelming and exhausting. That experience revealed an important truth: many women are building businesses while carrying the weight of everything alone. We Mean Business was created to change that.

Our mission is to help women build sustainable businesses with greater clarity, confidence, structure, and support. Through practical business resources, entrepreneurial growth programmes, The Boardroom Circle, mentorship opportunities, and curated events, we provide women with the tools, guidance, and community they need to grow intentionally.

We believe entrepreneurship should not come at the expense of your wellbeing. Success should create freedom, not burnout. Growth should be sustainable, not overwhelming. And no woman should have to navigate the entrepreneurial journey alone. At We Mean Business, we are building more than a platform—we are building a community of women committed to growing professionally, leading confidently, and creating businesses that work for them, not because of them. Build your brand. Grow your business. Make an impact.
